Please allow 48 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be forwarded to Canada Post for shipment. 
 

Standard deliveries are currently experiencing delivery delays with all service levels due to Covid-19. Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks after your expected delivery date to receive your package. We cannot guarantee shipping dates once your package is with Canada Post. As Covid-19 is causing shipping delays at all service levels, we are not able to offer Express Shipping at this time.

All items ordered while on Pre-Order status will be sent when items are in stock. An email will be sent to you when items are ready to ship.

If you order multiple items in one order and 1 or more of your items are not in stock or on Pre-Order, we reserve the right to wait until all of your items are in stock to send you your order.

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that are charged when items arrive in your country. You are responsible for paying border fees, if any, and if you choose not to pay these fees, the item(s) may be sent back to us. If this occurs, you are responsible for paying any return fees to us.

We are not responsible for an incorrect address inputted by you. If that happens, you are responsbile for paying a new shipping fee to resend your package to correct address.
